Time Line

Information
Below is a ‘time line’ of general events that need to be satisfied with intestate estates.

This is very general as each case is different and may have its own set of complex issues to action, thus extending the time to sort the estate.
If property or investments in shares are involved, this time line will extend.
Properties have to be cleared in order to search for important information and heirlooms.
Obvious valuations and eventual selling of property can take extra time.

Also identifying all possible beneficiaries is necessary and sometimes they can be all over the world and can be numerous.
